Project Description
Crooked Leg Aesthetics
Crooked legs are a condition caused by uneven fat distribution in the lower leg, leading to an unbalanced and unattractive appearance. This issue can be corrected with crooked leg aesthetics. This procedure is aimed at achieving a shapely and aesthetic look for women and a muscular and strong appearance for men, without any intervention on the bones.
Treatment Methods
Two main methods are used in crooked leg aesthetics:
- Fat Injection for Crooked Leg Aesthetics: In this method, fat taken from the upper thigh is processed and then injected into the inner part of the calf to achieve the desired shape. This approach helps create a more natural and aesthetically pleasing leg appearance.
- Silicone Implants (Prosthetics) for Crooked Leg Aesthetics: This method is preferred when fat grafting is not suitable for the patient. Small incisions are made below the knee in the inner thigh area to place silicone implants. These implants are similar to those used in breast aesthetics and are ideal for individuals with thin legs.
Crooked leg aesthetics is a straightforward surgical procedure, typically lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, and is performed under general anesthesia.
Recovery Process
The recovery process after crooked leg aesthetics typically includes:
- Discharge: Patients can usually be discharged on the same day as the surgery.
- Swelling: Some swelling may occur in the treated area, which generally subsides within 1 week.
- Rest and Activity: Patients are advised to avoid standing for long periods for 1-2 weeks and to refrain from sports for 1-1.5 months.
- Supportive Garments: Wearing a compression garment and varicose vein stockings for 2-3 weeks is recommended to aid in recovery.
